Astore Harrison have built an excellent reputation over the last
decade, providing and designing bar facilities to the industry.
Sporting Venues have to satisfy enormous demand levels in short
windows of time. This demands a thorough knowledge of the requirement
and an ability to translate the requirements into a satisfactory
service to the customer.
At a premiership football match some 20,000 pints will be drunk
in a 1/2 hour pre match and 1/4 hour halftime period. The level
of supply to satisfy this demand on time is mind boggling i.e. 450
pints per minute need to be served.

The quality of service and produce has had to respond
to public demand in recent years is no longer acceptable to serve
unacceptable quality in high pressure high volume outlets and get
away with it.
The discerning public expect and rightly demand fair value for their
hard earned money.
Clubroom and corporate hospitality at these events has grown to
pre-viously unimaginable levels with quality expectations of the
highest order. To serve in excess of 4,000 four course meals pre
match as some clubs do, highlights the demands the industry is faced
with and coping with.
The
facilities required to ensure an excellent product and satisfied
customers, need an infrastructure and facility thoroughly
thought
out and well designed at the outset.
